What we Do

Wayne Chastain and Michael James founded Risk Space with a mission to bring our many years of experience in Risk Assessment and Consequence Analysis directly to Companies and Sites that may not have robust Process Safety Resources.

Our goal is to assist in development of risk policies and risk management, training, and deep consultation in safety studies (HAZOP, LOPA, Consequence Assessment, Detailed Modeling, etc).

In addition, we are very well versed in Facility Siting, and can provide consultation on making risk-based decisions from study results.

We have acted as subject matter experts for nearly all aspects of Process Safety, and hope to apply that knowledge to ensuring your safe working facility.
